1. What is the approximate duration of our services?
Depending on the service booked, it can last between two and three hours approximately.
2. What types of dishes are included in our gastronomic services?
We offer a selection of typical Scottish dishes including red meats, fish, vegetables, and local seasonal fruits. Therefore, the menu may vary depending on the time of year.
3. Do we have a vegetarian and vegan menu?
Currently, we do not offer a fully vegan and vegetarian menu, but we are working on it to soon satisfy all our customers.
4. Do our services include drinks?
Yes, the services include drinks to accompany the different dishes. We offer both alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.
5. Are our services suitable for people with dietary restrictions and/or food allergies?
Haggis Hunters strives to accommodate dietary restrictions and allergies whenever possible. It is essential to inform us of any restrictions or allergies when making the reservation to ensure a safe experience.
6. How far in advance can I make a reservation?
Reservations must be made at least 48 hours prior to the service start time, as spots are limited.
7. In which language are our services provided?
Services are conducted in Spanish.
8. Does the final price of the service include a tip for the guide?
Tips are not included in the final price of the service. If you enjoy the experience and wish to show your appreciation, tips are welcome but completely voluntary.
9. What is the minimum number of participants required for our services?
The minimum number of participants required for the service to take place is 4 people. If this minimum is not reached, you will be given the option to join another group or receive a full refund of the service fee.
10. Do our services get canceled due to rain?
Of course not. Only if the relevant authorities indicate so through an official notice.
11. Are our tours wheelchair accessible?
Due to the particular nature of the restaurants, they do not have wheelchair access.
12. How much walking is required for our tours?
The tour service requires approximately half an hour of walking. Wear comfortable shoes! For the experience service, it will not be more than five minutes.
13. What is the minimum age to participate in any of our services?
Anyone over the age of 14 can participate in our services as long as they are accompanied by a responsible adult.
14. Is it necessary to print the reservation?
No, you can show the reservation from your mobile device.
15. How much time before the tour/experience starts should I be at the meeting point?
It is recommended to be there 15 minutes before the service starts.
16. Do I need a reservation to take part in any of our services?

17. Can I bring my pet?
Sorry, this will not be possible, except for guide dogs.
18. I haven't received the confirmation email, what should I do?
If you have not received the confirmation email within 24 hours of making the reservation, please contact us by phone, WhatsApp, or email.
